· Employee List
· CKZ Time Clock give you 2 options for how you employees clock in and out.
· By selecting the list option your employees simply click on there name and click on the “Clock In” or “Clock Out” button depending on there current status.
· Employee Username
· CKZ Time Clock give you 2 options for how you employees clock in and out.
· By selecting the username / email address option your employees simply type in there username and hit the “Enter Key” depending on there current status the system will automaticall clock them In or Out.
· Currently Logged in employees
· The Currently Logged In Employees screen allows you to get a quick overview of all employees that are currently clock in and the time that they clocked in at.
· Edit Employee Times
· The Edit Employee Times screen allows you to adjust the Date and Time of any specific record for an employee in the event they either forgot to clock in or out.
· Edit Employee Information
· The Edit Employee Information screen gives you a simple and clean way to update any employee information within the system inclduing there usernames and passwords along with selecting whether or not this employee is a Suportvisor.
